Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implikasi Penerapan Input Dan Output Strategi Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Hangkate Outbond Provider and Event Organizer. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian yang menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implikasi Penerapan Input Dan Output Strategi Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Hangkate Outbond Provider and Event Organizer sudah dilaksanakan namun harus dikembangkan lagi karena pada dasarnya sumber daya manusia memiliki banyak perbedaan setiap individunya. Perencanaan (Planning) pada Hangkate Outbond Provider and Event Organizer telah dilakukan dengan baik melalui pelaksanaan terhadap perektrutan dan seleksi serta pengembangan dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia. Secara pengorganisasian sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh Hangkate Outbond Provider and Event Organizer masih melakukan pengembangan dan pelatihan agar dalam melayani konsumen dapat mencapai kepuasan. Karena Hangkate Outbond Provider and Event Organizer bergerak pada bidang jasa yang langsung menghadap konsumen. Aktuasi yang dilakukan sudah terlaksana namun belum maksimal karena sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki Hangkate Outbond Provider and Event Organizer harus terus terampil dalam menghadapi konsumen dengan memiliki watak yang berbeda-beda serta kemauan konsumen yang beraneka macam sehingga Sumber Daya Manusia yang dimiliki Hangkate harus siap menghadapinya dengan cara mencari jalan tengah di setiap permintaan konsumen dan itu harus menjadi perhatian bagi Sumber Daya Manusia Hangkate.
This research aims to analyze the implications of implementing input and output strategies for human resources on the performance of Hangkate Outbound Providers and Event Organizers. This research is research that uses qualitative research. The results of the research show that the implications of implementing input and output strategies for human resources on the performance of Hangkate Outbound Providers and Event Organizer have been implemented but must be developed further because basically human resources have many differences between each individual. Planning at Hangkate Outbound Provider and Event Organizer has been carried out well through the implementation of recruitment and selection as well as development and training of human resources. In terms of organizing human resources, Hangkate Outbound Provider and Event Organizer is still developing and training so that serving consumers can achieve satisfaction. Because Hangkate Outbound Provider and Event Organizer operates in the service sector that directly faces consumers. The actuation that has been carried out has been carried out but is not yet optimal because the human resources owned by Hangkate Outbound Provider and Event Organizer must continue to be skilled in dealing with consumers who have different characters and various consumer desires so that Hangkate's human resources must be ready to face them by looking for middle ground in every consumer request and that must be a concern for Hangkate's Human Resource Management.
