PENGARUH RASIO SOLVABILITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PT INDOFOOD SUKSES MAKMUR Tbk PERIODE 2014-2023

Abstrak

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menanalisis pengaruh rasio solvabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk periode 2014-2023. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan regresi linear bergnada. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu, laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk periode tahun 2014-2023 per triwulan. Secara keseluruhan jumlah sampel selama 10 tahun terakhir sebanyak 40 sampel. Rasio solvabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan variabel Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Secara simultan, menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk periode 2014-2023.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the solvency ratio on stock prices at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2014-2023. This study used a quantitative method and the data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression. The sample used in this study was the entire population, namely the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2014-2023 per quarter. Overall, the number of samples for the last 10 years was 40 samples. The solvency ratios used in this study were the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). The results showed that partially the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) variables did not have a significant effect on Stock Prices. Simultaneously, it shows that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) variables have a significant influence on the Stock Price of the company PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2014-2023.
