PENGARUH SISTEM REKRUTMEN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 PALOPO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem rekrutmen dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pembagian kuesioner melalui google form (online). Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 karyawan dan semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Sistem Rekrutmen dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Sistem Rekrutmen dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sistem rekrutmen dan pengembangan karir yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan proses rekrutmen dan memberikan kesempatan pengembangan karir agar karyawan lebih termotivasi dan bekerja lebih optimal.
This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and career development systems on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. The data collection method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires via google form (online). The population in this study was 50 employees and all populations were used as samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: The recruitment system has a significant partial effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo, the career development has a significant partial effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo, the recruitment system and career development have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. The implication of this study is that a good recrutmen system and career development can improve employee perfomance. Thereforr, companies need to pay attention to the recruitment process and provide career development opportunities so that employees are more motivated and work more optimally.
