Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh human capital management dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 karyawan dan semuanya dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) secara parsial, human capital management berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dibuktikan dengan nilai ????ℎ????????????????g sebesar 3,665 dan nilai ???????????????????????? sebesar 2,010 dengan signifikansi 0,001 artinya, nilai ????ℎ????????????????g > ???????????????????????? dengan signifikansi < 0,05; 2) secara parsial, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Dibuktikan dengan nilai ????ℎ????????????????g sebesar 4,714 dan nilai ???????????????????????? sebesar 2,010 dengan signifikansi 0,000 artinya, ????ℎ????????????????g > ????????????????????????  dengan signifikansi < 0,05; 3) secara simultan Human Capital Management dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai ????ℎ????????????????g sebesar 44,095 dan nilai ???????????????????????? sebesar 3,20 dengan signifikansi 0,000 artinya, ????ℎ????????????????g > ???????????????????????? dengan signifikansi < 0,05.

This study aims to determine the influence of human capital management and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. The population in this study was 50 employees and all of them were used as samples in the study. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) partially, the human capital management variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Evidenced by the value of tcount of 3.665 and the value of ttable of 2.010 with a significance of 0.001, meaning that the value of tcount> ttable with a significance of < 0.05; 2) partially, the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. Proven by the value of tcount of 4.714 and the value of ttable of 2.010 with a significance of 0.000, meaning, tcount > ttable with a significance of <0.05; 3) simultaneously Human Capital Management and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Palopo. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount of 44.095 and the value of Ftable of 3.20 with a significance of 0.000, meaning, Fcount>Ftable with a significance of <0.05.
