Industri memberi dampak positif bagi perekonomian di Indonesia. Akan tetapi dampak positif tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan pengolahan permasalahan yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh industri tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap business sustainability dengan green innovation dan competitiveness sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 77 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility, green innovation, dan competitiveness berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap business sustainability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap business sustainability melalui green innovation, dan competitiveness.
Industry has a positive impact on the economy in Indonesia. However, this positive impact is not balanced by processing the problems that can be caused by the industry. This research aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility on business sustainability with green innovation and competitiveness as mediating variables. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 77 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using Smart PLS. The results of this research show that corporate social responsibility, green innovation, and competitiveness have a significant effect on business sustainability. The results of this research show that corporate social responsibility influences business sustainability through green innovation and competitiveness.
