FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI BEHAVIOURAL INTENTION PADA PENGGUNAAN AI-CHATBOT

Fokus dari penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu apakah yang mampu mempengaruhi behavioural intention yang dimediasi oleh perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness. Metode penelitian kuantitatif sering menggunakan pendekatan pengambilan sampel acak, termasuk distribusi survei dan analisis populasi atau sampel spesifik yang berisi data kuantitatif. Pengguna aktif AI-chatbot pada mahasiswa dari 5 universitas di Batam menjadi demografi untuk penelitian ini. Target demografi penelitian ini mencakup 250 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Subjective Norm dan Perceived Enjoyment berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Perceived Ease of Use. Kemudian Perceived Playfulness berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Perceived Usefulness, lain halnya dengan Output Quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness. Kemudian Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh signfiikan positif terhadap Behavioural Intention.
The focus of this study is to find out what is able to influence behavioral intention mediated by perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Quantitative research methods often use a random sampling approach, including survey distribution and population analysis or specific samples containing quantitative data. Active users of AI-chatbots on students from 5 universities in Batam are the demographics for this study. The target demographics of this study include 250 respondents. The results of the study showed that Subjective Norm and Perceived Enjoyment have a significant positive effect on Perceived Ease of Use. Then Perceived Playfulness has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, in contrast to Output Quality which has no significant effect on Perceived Usefulness. Then Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness have a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention.
