The purpose of this study is to design animation as an Interactive Learning tool using Adobe Flash CS6 and to find out the benefits of using animation design as an interactive learning medium at SD N 173618 Pagar Batu. The data sample used was vowels and this research was conducted at SD N 173618 Pagar Batu, especially in the 1st grade elementary school room. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method (qualitative descriptive). Then we can see the final result of this research is from the Development of interactive learning tools, that is, we can evaluate how effective animation is in helping the interactive learning process of letter recognition in SD Negeri 173618 Pagar Batu. (2) from the Use of Adobe Flash CS6: we can explore the uses and limitations of Adobe Flash CS6 software in creating animations for interactive learning at SD Negeri 173618 Pagar Batu. (3) while from student responses: we can collect data on how students respond to the animation, whether they are more interested or easier to understand the material with the animation and (4) from the development of learning methods: through the results of research, we can provide recommendations for the development of interactive learning methods at SD N 173618 Pagar Batu using animation design.
