Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan strategi untuk meningkatkan keinovatifan guru SMP negeri di Kabupaten Sukabumi melalui motivasi berprestasi, iklim organisasi, dan kerjasama tim. Menggunakan metode path analysis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 122 guru sebagai sampel dari 175 populasi. Analisis data mencakup uji prasyarat, uji hipotesis, uji korelasi, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif langsung motivasi berprestasi (β = 0,801), iklim organisasi (β = 0,781), dan kerjasama tim (β = 0,839) terhadap keinovatifan guru. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi berprestasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap keinovatifan guru melalui kerjasama tim dengan nilai Zhitung masing-masing 5,960 dan 6,718. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan motivasi berprestasi, iklim organisasi, dan kerjasama tim dapat meningkatkan keinovatifan guru.

 

This study aims to identify strategies to enhance the innovativeness of public junior high school teachers in Sukabumi Regency through achievement motivation, organizational climate, and teamwork. Using the path analysis method with a quantitative approach, the study involved 122 teachers as a sample from a population of 175. Data analysis included prerequisite tests, hypothesis testing, correlation tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results indicate a direct positive influence of achievement motivation (β = 0.801), organizational climate (β = 0.781), and teamwork (β = 0.839) on teacher innovativeness. Additionally, there is an indirect influence of achievement motivation and organizational climate on teacher innovativeness through teamwork, with Zhitung values of 5.960 and 6.718, respectively. The study concludes that strengthening achievement motivation, fostering a supportive organizational climate, and enhancing teamwork can significantly improve teacher innovativeness.
