PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KECAMATAN AIRGEGAS KABUPATEN BANGKA SELATAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang maksimalnya sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia di kantor. Peningkatan kinerja pegawai bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan dalam suatu organisasi, peningkatan kinerja pegawai juga penting dilakukan untuk membentuk pegawai memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik, pengembangan kompetensi pegawai akan membuat pegawai lebih mudah termotivasi untuk melakukan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 30 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sederhana. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Airgegas, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Airgegas, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Hasil uji secara simultan diketahui pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama sama berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Airgegas, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan.

This study is motivated by the suboptimal facilities and infrastructure available at  the office. Improving employee performance aims to achieve organizational goals, and enhancing employee performance is also crucial for developing employees with better quality. Developing employee competence will make employees more motivated to perform their jobs. This research is descriptive in nature. The method used in this study is quantitative. The sample consists of 30 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The analysis model used is simple multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that competence has a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of employees at the Airgegas Subdistrict Office, South Bangka Regency. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Airgegas Subdistrict Office, South Bangka Regency. The simultaneous test results reveal that both competence and the work environment have a positive and significant collective effect on employee performance at the Airgegas Subdistrict Office, South Bangka Regency.
