Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas Supply Chain Management (SCM) di PT. Unilever Indonesia, dengan fokus pada penerapan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pengelolaan rantai pasok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan analisis terhadap proses pengadaan, pengemasan, manufaktur, manajemen gudang, distribusi, dan hubungan dengan retailer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unilever Indonesia telah berhasil menerapkan strategi SCM yang efektif, termasuk kemitraan dengan petani lokal, penggunaan teknologi canggih dalam manufaktur dan manajemen gudang, serta strategi distribusi yang responsif. Penerapan IoT berperan penting dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan transparansi rantai pasokan, memungkinkan perusahaan untuk memantau pergerakan produk secara real-time dan mengurangi risiko terkait distribusi. Kesimpulannya, integrasi IoT dalam SCM di PT. Unilever Indonesia tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga memperkuat kepuasan pelanggan.
This research aims to analyze the Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities at PT. Unilever Indonesia, focusing on the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) in enhancing the efficiency and quality of supply chain management. The method used is qualitative, with data collection through literature studies and analysis of the procurement, packaging, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and retailer relationship processes. The results indicate that Unilever Indonesia has successfully implemented effective SCM strategies, including partnerships with local farmers, the use of advanced technology in manufacturing and warehousing management, as well as responsive distribution strategies. The application of IoT plays a crucial role in improving visibility and transparency in the supply chain, allowing the company to monitor product movement in real-time and reduce distribution-related risks. In conclusion, the integration of IoT in SCM at PT. Unilever Indonesia not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens customer satisfaction.
