Employee performance is the result of human thoughts and energy which can be represented in real life, this can be seen and calculated from ideas and solutions to problems, new innovations and achievements or more efficient work procedures. This research aims to analyze the influence of training and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, where the respondents used as a sample were 40 people taken based on a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this research analysis show that the training variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). Furthermore, organizational culture (X2) partially has a positive and significant influence. significant to employee performance (Y). then the results of the simultaneous test (F) show that training (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of NTB Province. The conclusions in this research show that implementing quality training programs and a good organizational culture for employees can improve the quality and discipline of employees to work well, be more productive and optimal.
