The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, analyze the influence of competence on teacher performance, analyze the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, analyze the influence of work motivation on organizational culture, analyze the influence of competence on organizational culture, analyze the influence of work motivation on performance teachers with organizational culture as an intervening variable, and analyzing the influence of competence on the performance of teachers with organizational culture as an intervening variable in members of the PGRI Gerogol Branch of Cilegon City. This research method is a survey with an associative type. The population used in this research were members of the PGRI organization, Gerogol Branch, Cilegon City, namely 250 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the Slovin formula, namely 154 people were obtained. Data analysis techniques using. regression test, path analysis, and T statistical test. Research data was obtained from answers to questionnaires distributed to members of the PGRI organization, Gerogol Branch, Cilegon City. The research results were obtained from the results of hypothesis testing that work motivation has a direct and significant influence on performance. Competency has a direct and significant influence on performance. Organizational culture has a direct and significant influence on performance. Incentives have a direct and significant influence on organizational culture. Competency has an influence and is not significant on organizational culture. Work motivation and competence have an indirect and insignificant effect on teacher performance through organizational culture. The conclusion of this research is that work motivation and competence have a significant and influential effect on teacher performance without going through the intervening variable organizational culture in members of the PGRI organization, Gerogol Branch, Cilegon City.
