Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of transformational leadership, extrinsic motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance, to analyze the influence of competence on teacher performance in elementary schools in the Rawaarum Village, Gerogol District, Cilegon City, to analyze the influence of the role of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation on discipline works at an elementary school in Rawaarum Village, Gerogol District, Cilegon City. As well as to analyze the role of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation on teacher performance with organizational culture as an intervening variable in elementary schools in the Rawaarum Village, Gerogol District, Cilegon City. This research method is a survey with an associative type. The population used in this research were teachers at elementary schools in the Rawaarum Village, Gerogol District, Cilegon City, namely 97 people. The sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sampling method or the entire population was 97 people. Data analysis techniques using. regression test, path analysis, and T statistical test. Research data was obtained from answers to questionnaires distributed to teachers in elementary schools in the Rawaarum Village, Gerogol District, Cilegon City. The research results were obtained from the results of hypothesis testing that transformational leadership, extrinsic motivation, and work discipline have a direct and significant influence on performance. Transformational leadership has a direct and significant influence on work discipline, while extrinsic motivation on work discipline is not significant in elementary schools in Rawaarum Village, Gerogol District, Cilegon City. The conclusion of this research is that transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation have an influence and are not significant on teacher performance through work discipline as an intervening variable in elementary schools in the Rawaarum Village, Gerogol District, Cilegon City.
