PENGARUH AKUNTABILITAS, TRANSPARANSI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP LAPORAN REALISASI FISIK DAN KEUANGAN SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA DAN DAMKAR KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas terhadap laporan realisasi fisik keuangan pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Damkar Kabupaten Solok.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh transparansi terhadap laporan realisasi fisik keuangan pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Damkar Kabupaten Solok.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap laporan realisasi fisik keuangan pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Damkar Kabupaten Solok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelaku pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Damkar Kabupaten Solok. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel independen serta laporan realisasi fisik dan keuangan sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akuntabilitas Berpengaruh Posistif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Laporan Realisasi   Fisik Dan Keuangan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Damkar Kabupaten Solok Transparansi Tidak Berpengaruh Posistif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Laporan Realisasi Fisik Dan Keuangan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Damkar Kabupaten Solok. Komitmen Organisasi Tidak Berpengaruh Posistif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Laporan Realisasi Fisik Dan Keuangan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Damkar Kabupaten Solok.

The Influence of Accountability, Transparency, and Organizational Commitment on the Physical and Financial Realization Reports of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Solok Regency Fire Department. This study aims to determine the influence of accountability on the physical financial realization reports of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Solok Regency Fire Department. To determine the influence of transparency on the physical financial realization reports of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Solok Regency Fire Department. To determine the influence of organizational commitment on the physical financial realization reports of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Solok Regency Fire Department. The research method used was a quantitative method with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Solok Regency Fire Department. The variables studied included accountability, transparency, and organizational commitment as independent variables, and physical and financial realization reports as dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that accountability has a positive and significant effect on the physical and financial realization reports of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department of Solok Regency. Transparency does not have a positive and significant effect on the physical and financial realization reports of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department of Solok Regency. Organizational commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on the physical and financial realization reports of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department of Solok Regency.
