ANALISISI PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT PADAIPENGGUNAAN QUICK RESPONSE CODE INDONESIA STANDARD (QRIS)ISEBAGAI ALAT IPEMBAYARAN DIGITAL

Penelitian iini idilatarbelakangi ibahwa imasyarakat imengetahui iQRIS, inamun ijarang menggunakannya, karna ilebih inyaman imenggunakan itunai. iBegitu ijuga iterdapat ikendala ikurangnya ipengetahuan masyarakat idalam imengunakan iQRIS. iJenis ipenelitian iyang idigunakan iadalah ipenelitian ikualitatif pendekatan ideskriptif. iHasil ipenelitian imenunjukkan ibahwa: i(1) iPersepsi i imasyarakat iPakan Labuah itentang iQRIS isebagai ialat ipembayaran idigital ibahwa i i(a) iFaktor iFungsional. i iPersepsi tentang iQRIS idi ikelurahan iPakan iLabuah isebagai isistem ipembayaran idigital isudah idigunakan oleh masyarakat idari iberbagai ikalangan. iNamun iada ijuga imasyarakat iyang imengetahui inamun i itidak mengguanan iQRIS iseperti ilansia, iibu-ibu iyang isudah iterbiasa itunai. i(b) iFaktor istruktural. iPersepsi masyarakat iPakan iLabuah itentang iQRIS isebagai ialat ipembayaran idigital iyang idigunakan ibukan sekedar ikeinginan idiri isendiri imalainkan idari isosialisasi, iatau idorongan idari iteman-teman dilingkunagan imasyarakat iuntuk imenggunakan iQRIS isebagai ialat ipembayaran idigital. i(2) iKendala masyarakat iPakan iLabuah i ibelum imenggunakan iQRIS isebagai ialat ipembyaran idigital ikarena ikurang imemahami icara ipenggunaan iQRIS. iKurangnya i ipengetahuan imasyarakat idi iKelurahan iPakan iLabuah itentang icara imenggunakan iQRIS. i iMasyarakat i ikelurahan iPakan iLabuah ibelum imenggunakan iQRIS iberagam ialasan, idiantaranya itakut ijaringan iinternet ibermasalah iketika imengguankan iQRIS idalam ipembayaran idigital, idan ibelum imemiliki iandroid. iSelain iitu ibagi imasyarakat ipelaku iusaha i ibelum imenggunakan iQRIS isebagai ialat ipembayaran idigital ikarena idibebankan ibiaya iadmin isebesar i0,7% ibagi ipemilik iusaha ibukan ikepada ikonsumen.
This research is motivated by the fact that people are aware of QRIS but rarely use it because they are more comfortable using cash. There is also a lack of public knowledge in using QRIS. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The perception of the Pakan Labuah community regarding QRIS as a digital payment tool is (a) Functional Factors. The perception of QRIS in Pakan Labuah Village as a digital payment system has been used by people from various groups. However, there are also people who know but do not use QRIS, such as the elderly and mothers who are used to cash. (b) Structural Factors. The perception of the Pakan Labuah community regarding QRIS as a digital payment tool is not simply a personal desire but rather comes from socialization or encouragement from friends in the community to use QRIS as a digital payment tool. (2) The obstacle for the Pakan Labuah community not using QRIS as a digital payment tool is a lack of understanding of how to use QRIS. The lack of knowledge of the community in Pakan Labuah Village about how to use QRIS. Residents of Pakan Labuah Village have not adopted QRIS for various reasons, including fear of internet network issues when using QRIS for digital payments and not having an Android device. Furthermore, business owners have not adopted QRIS as a digital payment tool because it imposes a 0.7% admin fee on business owners, not consumers.
