This research aims to determine and try to analyze the influence of employee welfare and employee facilities on work morale with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Radio Republik Indonesia Bukittinggi. The work spirit of employees at Radio Republik Indonesia Bukittinggi is not yet fully optimal, which is shown by the lack of employee welfare and work facilities that do not fully support employee work activities, thus affecting employee satisfaction and work morale. This research is a Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are employees of Radio Republik Indonesia Bukittinggi. The research results show that there is no significant influence between employee welfare on employee job satisfaction. There is a significant influence between employee facilities and employee job satisfaction. There is a significant influence between employee welfare and work morale. There is no significant influence between employee facilities on work morale. There is no significant influence between employee job satisfaction on work morale. There is no significant influence between the level of employee welfare and work morale which is mediated by employee job satisfaction. There is no significant influence between the level of employee facilities and work morale which is mediated by employee job satisfaction.
