PENGARUH BUKTI FOTOGRAFI DAN VIDEOGRAFI DALAM PROSES PEMBUKTIAN PERDATA

Abstrak

This article discusses the influence of photographic evidence and videography in the process of civil proof in Indonesia. This research aims to find out what electronic proof is, how the law regulates electronic proof, and how the power of photographic evidence and videography in the process of civil proof. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a juridical analytical approach. The results show that electronic proof is the use of electronic data as valid evidence in court. The law in Indonesia has regulated the use of electronic evidence, although it is still limited. Photographic evidence and videography have increasing power in the process of civil proof because of its ability to accurately record the chronology of an event. However, there are challenges related to the certainty of authenticity, clarity, and validity of this visual evidence that must be overcome
