PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, PELATIHAN, DAN KESELAMATAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI DI OMAH OBLONG T-SHIRT YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, training, and occupational health safety (K3) on job satisfaction. Occupational Health Safety (K3) on Job Satisfaction in Production Employees at Omah Oblong T-Shirt Yogyakarta. Production at Omah Oblong T-Shirt Yogyakarta. This research was conducted using quantitative approach. Primary data collection is done by observation, interview, and distributing questionnaires to respondents at Omah Oblong T-Shirt Yogyakarta. to respondents at Omah Oblong T-Shirt Yogyakarta with a total sample of 40 employees. The results of the study prove that (1) the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, (2) the work environment significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) the work environment has a negative and insignificant significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) occupational safety and health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) work environment, training and occupational health safety (K3) simultaneously affect job satisfaction.
