Abstrak − Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, person-job fit dan intrinsic motivation terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada sampel sebanyak 50 pegawai Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) work-life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta, (2) Person-job fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta, (3) intrinsic motivation mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta.
Abstract − This research aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, person-job fit and intrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 50 employees of the Yogyakarta Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP). The research results prove that (1) work-life balance has no effect on the performance of employees of the Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta, (2) person-job fit has no effect on the performance of employees of the Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta, (3) intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Badan Standardisasi Instrumen Pertanian (BSIP) Yogyakarta.
